You film it
Phone only, your own space. One revision round is included on every brief.

Flat portions release on approval, performance portions against the verified record.
UGC job questions
Yes — that’s most of the board. There’s no portfolio field on the application, because most people applying don’t have one yet. Listings written for a first gig say so in the summary, and the brief is reviewed with you before you shoot.
No. On most gigs the brand licenses your video and runs it as an ad from their own account, so your audience is irrelevant. Follower count isn’t shown to brands on applications. “Post only” gigs do go out on your account, and those are opt-in.
Pay is set per job and shown before you apply. Listings use a flat rate per approved video, a CPM rate per 1,000 verified views, or both combined. Flat rates on the board today run from $90 to $250 per video, and CPM listings from $4 to $6 per 1,000 verified views. Longer multi-clip briefs pay most.
Most briefs license your footage and the brand runs it from their own account. A “post only” gig instead goes live on your account, with paid-partnership disclosure applied before it counts as delivered. It’s entirely opt-in, and declining never affects how often you get matched.
A phone from roughly the last six years. No ring light, tripod or mic. Briefs that need anything beyond a phone say so, and pay more.
None, ever. No membership, no commission taken from your rate, no “creator course” upsell. Brands pay the platform fee. If anyone claiming to be us asks you for money, it isn’t us.
