TikTok Shop

Creator sourcing
for TikTok Shop sellers.

Your Shop doesn’t need one great creator. It needs two hundred ordinary ones putting your product on camera this week — recruited, briefed, and with the disclosure kept clean.

Affiliate recruiting · sample seeding · briefing · reporting

The maths most sellers miss

Shop video performance is a volume game with a long tail. A handful of posts carry the revenue — but you can’t pick which ones in advance. So the only reliable lever is how many shots on goal you take.

Why Shop recruiting
breaks

Every seller we talk to has hit at least two of these.
01

DMing creators doesn’t scale

Someone on your team is manually messaging affiliates and chasing samples. It works until you need volume, then it quietly becomes a full-time job.

02

The open plaza is a lottery

You seed product broadly and hope. Some creators post nothing, some post something off-brand, and you have no brief control or recourse on the sample cost.

03

Gated marketplaces cap supply

Platforms that screen on looks and follower count structurally can’t give you 200 people, and their pool overlaps with your competitors'.

What we run
for you

You keep the Shop account, the catalogue and the commission structure. We run the supply side.
1

Catalogue intake

We take your Shop products, margins and target volume, and shape a sourcing plan per SKU.

2

Creator recruitment

Matched creators are recruited into your programme by category, demo and delivery history.

3

Sample logistics

Seeding tracked per creator, with delivery confirmation tied to the posting obligation.

4

Brief & produce

Creators film it on their phone. Rate and usage terms are set per brief and snapshot at hire.

5

Post & report

Posts go live with disclosure. GMV and verified view data report back per creator cohort.

Disclosure on Shop content
is your liability, not ours

TikTok Shop affiliate posts are paid endorsements. In the US that puts them under FTC endorsement guidance, and any realistic AI-generated content additionally falls under TikTok’s synthetic media disclosure rules. If it goes wrong, it’s your brand in the headline. So we build the compliance in:

  • Paid-partnership disclosure is enforced at post level before a creator is marked delivered.
  • AI-generated or AI-assisted assets carry the platform AI label and an in-caption disclosure.
  • Creators opt in per brief to posting AI content — never auto-enrolled, no penalty for declining.
  • Claims screening on regulated categories: supplements, skincare efficacy, health and finance.

Not legal advice, and platform rules change — have your counsel review any creator programme before launch.

TikTok Shop questions

Both are available. Affiliate posting goes out on the creator’s account with your Shop product linked and paid-partnership disclosure applied. Licensed-asset briefs deliver files you run from your own account or as Spark Ads. Most sellers run a mix.

Your Shop, your commission rate — we don’t sit in the middle of it. You pay for sourcing, briefing and delivery; creators earn their affiliate commission directly from you through TikTok. Some sellers add a flat per-video fee on top to lift participation, which we can administer.

You do, and we track them. Every sample is tied to a posting obligation with a deadline. Creators who take product and don’t deliver are removed from the pool and flagged across the platform, which is why our seeded-to-posted rate sits well above open collab.
