Four steps
to your first payout

Most first-timers get their first yes within a few days of applying.
01

Build a free profile

Name, city, a couple of selfies, the categories you’re into. No follower minimum and no portfolio field.

02

Apply with pay shown up front

Flat rate, CPM per 1,000 verified views, or both. You see the structure before you apply — no DM negotiation.

03

Film it on your phone

Vertical, natural light, whatever room you’re in. One revision round is included, so a first attempt is genuinely fine.

04

Get paid on real views

Views are collected daily from the live post and fraud-checked. Escrow releases against that record, keeping the full agreed rate.

Why screenshots are the problem

You should not have to
prove your own views.

On most platforms a performance bonus depends on a screenshot you upload — which means the brand has to trust you, and you have to argue when they don't. Here the numbers come from daily collection on the live post, stored append-only. Nobody negotiates the evidence.

Creator questions

No. There’s no portfolio field on the application, because most people applying don’t have one yet. Several listings on the board are written specifically for a first gig, and the brief is reviewed with you before you shoot.

No. On most jobs the brand licenses your video and runs it as an ad from their own account, so your audience size is irrelevant. Follower count isn’t shown to brands on applications.

Pay is set per job and shown before you apply. Listings use a flat rate per approved video, a CPM per 1,000 verified views, or both combined. Longer multi-clip briefs pay most.

No. No subscription, no commission out of your rate, no course upsell. The platform fee is charged to the brand on top of what you receive. If anyone claiming to be us asks you for money, it’s not us.

A phone from roughly the last six years. No ring light, tripod or microphone. Briefs that need more than a phone say so, and pay more.

The brand funds the agreed amount into escrow before you start filming, and the terms snapshot at hire so they can’t be edited afterwards. Performance-based portions release against daily, fraud-checked view data rather than a screenshot you upload.

Start with
one video.

The first one is the hardest and it’s usually the worst. Post it anyway — that’s the entire strategy.
