For creators

What you’re agreeing to, in the same plain english.

This is the creator-side slice of the Terms of Service, spelled out on its own so it is not buried in a document written for both sides at once.

You keep 100% of your rate

The rate you and a brand agree to at hire is what you are paid on approved work — in full. The platform fee that funds everydayugc is charged to the brand, not deducted from your rate. There is no membership fee, no commission out of your payout, and no fee to withdraw.

Rate, deliverables and deadline snapshot the moment you are hired and cannot be revised down afterward, no matter how the brand edits the listing later.

What you actually deliver

A deliverable is the video posted live on your own account, submitted here as a link to it — not a file upload. The URL you submit is what we track: if you edit the post behind that same link, tracking continues. If you delete it and post again, that is a new video and counting restarts from zero.

If a brand asks for one change, you can resubmit against the same hire. There is no limit on how many rounds that can take, and it does not reset the rate already agreed.

How you get paid

A flat rate pays once a brand approves your deliverable, or automatically after five days if they do not respond. A performance rate — CPM on verified views — releases against view counts collected daily from the live post, checked for purchased engagement before it pays. Bought views do not count.

Payouts and identity verification (KYC) run through Whop for Platforms, the same provider handling escrow on the brand’s side. If you are outside the US, a W-8 form is collected in our app; if you are inside the US, your 1099 is handled by Whop. We remain the merchant of record for these transactions.

Payment guarantee: if you complete what the contract asked for and the brand does not pay, we do — that does not depend on us recovering the money from the brand first.

Keep the deal here

Contact details shared in chat are moderated for one reason: moving a deal off-platform means giving up the protections above. Off-platform there is no escrow holding the brand’s money, no verified-view record to point at if a dispute comes up, and no payment guarantee.

Do not take a brand you met on everydayugc off-platform for the same work within 12 months of meeting them here. Breaching this is worth damages of $500, or the value of the circumvented work, whichever is greater — the same figure stated on Terms.

Not a lawyer’s draft. The mechanics above are accurate to how the product works today and are checkable against how hiring, deliverables and payouts actually behave. The remaining legal framing has not yet been reviewed by qualified counsel — where this page and the full Terms disagree on wording, Terms governs.
